About the opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, multi-site healthcare business in a newly created role where you can make a visible and lasting impact. Reporting to the People & Culture Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and embedding a proactive safety culture.
With our Health, Safety and Wellbeing Framework, Strategy and Roadmap now established, you will be responsible for implementing the strategy across the organisation and bringing it to life in practical, meaningful ways.
Working closely with leaders and frontline teams, you will implement practical, consistent and scalable health, safety and wellbeing initiatives that strengthen culture, improve outcomes, and support compliance across our clinics and corporate functions.
This part-time role is offered 3 days per week and is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment where they can influence change across multiple sites.
This role will suit an experienced WHS professional who enjoys translating strategy into action, building capability in leaders, and creating systems that work in dynamic, real-world environments.

You are a pragmatic and influential WHS professional who enjoys working closely with leaders to embed sustainable safety practices. You balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery and are confident implementing health and safety strategy across a multi-site environment.
This role could also suit someone returning to work who is looking for an exciting opportunity in a fast-paced environment and is ready to make a meaningful impact. You may have built your experience in healthcare, retail, hospitality or a similar industry where pace, complexity and stakeholder engagement are key.
